Information Overdose

I’ve been asked, "Have you had a phase where the sheer amount of information about trading hindered your progress?"

My first few months felt like an avalanche of information. At that time I didn't focus on a strategy, I just wanted everything.

I wanted more strategies, more videos, more books, MORE OF EVERYTHING.

The problem is that learning MORE has no direct correlation with profitability.

Learning without implementation is basically just a waste of your time.

How many times have you read a book and the next week you can't even share details with your friends.

In the beginning, there are many basic lessons that are FUNDAMENTAL. Perspectives that are necessary to survive and excel in the process.

Drowned in information, you lose the opportunity to stick to the fundamental lessons learned at the beginning.

Connect to an approach. Divide that strategy into each confirmation/step.

Implement, implement, implement.

Study one component of the strategy at a time. Keep connecting everything over time. Building your system diligently.

Studying can be overwhelming when you don't have clarity.

Get clarity.
